Micron scale motion control in X, Y, and Z through application software and via joystick
Camera settings and lighting controls with customizable lighting presets
Off axis large field of view camera for simple sample navigation
Drawing tools include spots, lines, curves and text
Importation of .dxf files for user defined patterns
AutolazeQL is a versatile laser micro-machining system suitable for machining most metals and dielectrics as well as many plastics
and ceramics. AutolazeQL software control gives full functionality including;
- 532/355nm selectable, air cooled solid state Nd:YAG laser
- Ns pulsed laser with repetition rate from single shot to 50Hz
- Spot sizes as small as 1 micron
- Up to 200mm stage range in X and Y with 1 micron resolution
- Up to 50mm motorized Z-axis range
- Adjustable microscope mount to accommodate samples as thick as 200mm
- Compact design (500mm W x 600mm D x 760mm H; Approximately 42kg)
